1. MOTION to approve the following resolution approving the 2008-2009 School Year District Budget as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED, to approve the 2008-2009 School District Budget for submission to the voters as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to acknowledge that the 2008-2009 Budget as described above results in a General Fund Tax Levy of: $57,091,711.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,to acknowledge that the 2008-2009 Budget as described above results in a Debt Service Fund Tax Levy of: $3,744,312.00 2. APPROVE MAXIMUM TRAVEL EXPENDITURE
WHEREAS, school district policy 9250 – EXPENSES AND REIMBURSEMENTS, provides that the Randolph Township Board of Education shall establish in the annual school budget a maximum expenditure amount that may be allotted for such travel and expense reimbursement for 2008 – 2009 school year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Randolph Township Board of Education hereby establishes the school district travel maximum for the 2008 – 2009 school year at the sum of $ 63,600.00, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the School Business Administrator shall track and record these costs to insure that the maximum amount is not exceeded.
